Immerse yourself in the beauty and history of the antebellum South with our captivating Oak Alley Plantation tour. Step back in time as you explore the sprawling grounds and majestic oak-lined path that leads to the stunning Greek Revival-style mansion.
Begin your experience by strolling through the iconic alley of 300-year-old oak trees, which create a picturesque entrance to the plantation. Breathe in the scent of magnolias and feel the weight of history as you walk in the footsteps of those who came before.
As you enter the house, check out the period furnishings, exquisite architectural details, and carefully preserved artifacts that tell the story of plantation life in the Old South.
After your guided tour, take some time to explore the plantation’s lush gardens and surrounding grounds at your own pace. Admire the colorful blooms and expansive views of the Mississippi River as you soak in the peaceful ambiance that surrounds you.
You will spend approximately 2 hours at the plantation. The inside portion of the plantation tour will be about 35 minutes in length. The Oak Alley plantation tour is provided by Oak Alley Themselves. The remainder of your time will be spent with self-exploration of the grounds. We will then bring you to the swamp tour dock for your next adventure. 
During the swamp portion of the tour  You will travel at high speeds in the airboat then slow down and stop for pictures. Your Captain will give you the tour of a life time explaining the culture, animals, and the swamps. You may even experience a close encounter with some of the local swamp life. You will return to you hotel around 5:00pm.
